Special notice to 2017/2018 UTME applicants

The Joint Admissions And Matriculation Board (JAMB) wishes to inform all candidates that following the closure of 2017 UTME registration, the window for Data Correction will now close 10am Friday, 12th May, 2017.

The exam body urges all candidates who which to make corrections to their registration to please take full advantage of this window.

The Change of UTME subject combination is free while Changes for Name, Course/ Institution, Passport and Date of Birth costs N2,500 payable online at the JAMB e-Facility portal.

Please note that if your examination date is Saturday May 13, 2017 and you correct your UTME subjects, you won’t be able to write your exam on that date again.

A new Examination date and time shall be communicated to you at a later time. The change in date of Examination does not affect other Examination dates.

The venue of the examination will be at any approved CBT centre in the candidate’s chosen examination town. Candidates are advised to be in their various centres 30 minutes before their time.

Candidates are warned that the Board has not authorised or solicited the services of ANY establishment /group or individual other than the accredited CBT centres for the examination.
